LOOKING FOR ARTISTS 2nd announcement
International Photography Contest
Subject: “TOPOS-PLACE-LAND-LOCALITY-LOCATION-POSITION"
Photography Center of Thessaloniki, Greece proclaims an international photography competition on the subject “TOPOS-PLACE-LAND-LOCALITY-LOCATION-POSITION", in the frame of "THESSALONIKI PHOTOBIENALE 2010".
We are interesting in all fields of contemporary photography. The final idea of what the project is going to look has to be fixed by the curators, after they are going to have all the portfolios in hand. So from documentary photography and reportage, to conceptual, videos, installations and art series are, all, welcome. The building is big with many rooms, and so we have plenty of space for something interesting on contemporary photography.
All participations should be submitted to: katselis@the.forthnet.gr under the title “TOPOS-PLACE".
The e-mail should include: low definition photographs, c v, text (if there is one), and other details about the development of the photographs (e.g. for an installation) and communication details.
If not by mail, printing material (catalogues or printed photographs) should be submitted by post, under the same title “TOPOS-PLACE", only at the following address:

We are inviting our colleagues, photography festivals, organizations representing photographers and the photographers themselves, who are interested in participating in this exhibition, to submit their portfolios.
